Some United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, give residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and of its “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
BEAM NOTE does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising, and we do not give your information to data brokers or advertising networks. This is true for everyone who uses BEAM NOTE, in every state and country.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, and no opt-out is needed to keep it that way.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request. If it is on, analytics on our website is not loaded.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise location, or health, biometric or financial account data) beyond the account credentials needed to sign you in. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and the categories it falls in, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it. Email support@beamnoteapp.com from the address on your account. Verification: we confirm a request by matching it to the email address on the account and, if needed, by asking you to confirm from that address. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law allows, and we will tell you if so), do not charge for these requests, and will never treat you differently for making one. Authorized agent: you may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and ask you to confirm your identity directly. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
